Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During drops and after events, processing may take longer, and we'll note that on the site.
Domestic shipping (United States)

Delivery estimates are from the ship date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed.
International shipping
We ship to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We cannot estimate these charges in advance.
Refused international shipments will be refunded less shipping costs and any fees incurred.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at assemblsupply@gmail.com and we'll help you file a carrier claim, though we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch an error, email us immediately and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
